Mapa di skol

This school map shows Curaçao along with Suriname, Aruba, Bonaire, Saba, St. Eustatius and St. Maarten as Dutch exploitation areas. There is hardly any topographical data on the map. Indicated, however: that which is of economic value to the Netherlands. The petroleum refinery at the Schottegat, the port of Willemstad, the salt pans and Hato airport, which at the time was called differently and named after the first CEO of KLM, Albert Plesman.

To this day a lot of information that you find on the internet about Curaçao has a Dutch touch. For example, Dutch tour operators often appear at the top of the search results advertising their flight vacations to Curaçao.
